I RESPONDED TO WHAT I CALLED, “AN INTENSELY GOOD IDEA.” WITH A RESOUNDING. “RYFKM…YES THANKS” OR SOME SUCH REPLY. TRULY WAS A GREAT IDEA AND A GREAT DAY. NOT TOO SURPRISING THAT AN UNCONVENTIONAL IDEA WOULD COME FROM SUCH AN UNCONVENTIONAL GROUP OF ENTHUSIASTS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM WHETHER IT BE A PURCHASE OR SERVICE.

A VERY NICE LITTLE SHOP. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A USED LOTUS FROM THEM. IT WAS AN OUT-OF-STATE PURCHASE AND INCURRED ITS SHARE OF HICCUPS ALONG THE WAY, BUT BRIAN AND PHIL WERE VERY HELPFUL AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING CAME OUT RIGHT IN THE END. EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. WHEN I VISITED, THE SHOWROOM WAS SPOTLESS--VERY SMALL SHOWROOM WITH A LOT OF CARS, BUT ALL OF THE CARS WERE SMALL, TOO. IT IS LOTUS, AFTER ALL. RECENTLY I NEEDED SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE. THE REAR BRAKES WERE CREATING QUITE A BIT OF NOISE/VIBRATION AND I HAD AN UPCOMING TRIP I NEEDED TO MAKE TO CHICAGO. UPON PICKING UP MY VEHICLE, I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT IT HAD BEEN THOROUGHLY CLEANED INSIDE AND OUT…WAY BETTER THAN THE CLEANING I WOULD DO! THEY ALSO INFORMED ME OF ITEMS I SHOULD ADDRESS TO ENSURE MY VEHICLE RUNS SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY AND I APPRECIATED THAT. GOT MY CAR BACK FROM A LITTLE FRESHENING UP LAST WEEKEND. AN OVERALL CHECK UP, ADDING THE FIFTH POINT TO MY HARNESSES (PLUS SEAT GROMMETS), REPLACING BUSHINGS WITH MONOBALLS, A LITTLE MUFFLER FIX, ETC., AND A FULL DETAIL. I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW PLEASED I AM WITH THE JOB T.J. AND CREW DID – AND AMAZED! BEAUTIFUL WORK! AND WITH THE MONOBALLS AND SETUP WORK T.J. DID, THE CAR WAS SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER HANDLING AND FASTER AT THE TRACK DAY MONDAY. THANKS AGAIN AND KUDOS TO THE WHOLE GATOR TEAM!

GREAT STAFF, AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND DETAIL TEAM. FIXED AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WITH MY TRUCK THAT NO ONE ELSE HAD BEEN ABLE TO HANDLE. ANYONE ASKING FOR MY RECOMMENDATION FOR A PLACE TO HAVE CAR WORK DONE AND WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT à GATOR MOTORSPORTS IS MY ANSWER.

WELL, I CAN CHALK UP ANOTHER AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH GATOR! THIS SUMMER I HAD QUITE A BIT OF WORK DONE THERE ON MY ELISE, MOSTLY REFRESHING IT FOR TRACK USE. I TOOK YOUNG AND T.J.’S ADVICE ON SOME SUSPENSION CHANGES AND SETTINGS, INSTALLED SOME NEW GO-FAST PARTS AND THE RESULTS WERE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. THEIR LEVEL OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL ON THE WORK THAT WAS DONE, INCLUDING THE OVERALL DETAILING OF THE LOTUS, WAS HARD TO DESCRIBE WITHOUT ACTUALLY SEEING IT.
FAST FORWARD TO LAST SATURDAY. WE WERE AT GATOR FOR A CHARITY EVENT AND THERE WAS A BEAUTIFUL M3 ON THE FLOOR THAT WAS NICE TO BEGIN WITH, BUT HAD THE GATOR MAGIC WAND WAVED OVER IT. IT WAS LIKE NEW MECHANICALLY AND AESTHETICALLY. MY WIFE KAREN REALLY LIKED IT AND WE BOUGHT IT ON THE SPOT. WE HAD A COUPLE OF CHANGES WE WANTED DONE (DIFFERENT HEAD UNIT FOR SIRIUS, BLUETOOTH AND IPOD AND SOME WINTER TIRES INSTALLED). ALL WORK WAS BEAUTIFULLY COMPLETED AND WE PICKED UP THIS MORNING. I COULD WRITE ANOTHER PARAGRAPH ON THE EASE OF TRANSACTION, CONCIERGE LEVEL OF SERVICE ETC. BUT WILL JUST SAY IT WAS FIRST CLASS. I CAN’T RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH FOR THE SALES AND SERVICE SIDE OF CAR OWNERSHIP. I’VE KNOWN SOME OF THESE GUYS FOR YEARS AND SOME I’M JUST GETTING TO KNOW. GO TO GATOR FIRST. YOU’LL HAVE A WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF EXPECTATIONS FOR WHAT A CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE CAN BE!!

WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS HOW APPRECIATIVE I AM OF THE FAMILY AT GATOR MOTORSPORT. I DROVE FROM CHICAGO TO HAVE AN OIL RECALL AND SOME OTHER WORK DONE ON MY LOTUS EXIGE, AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND EXPERIENCE. I HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS WHEN I DID MY RESEARCH ABOUT THIS PLACE, AND I MUST SAY IT FAR EXCEEDED THEM! I HAD NEVER HAD A GOOD TIME TAKING MY CAR IN TO GET SERVICED ANYWHERE, BUT I SINCERELY ENJOYED MY TIME WAITING FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE. THE WHOLE TEAM IS EXCEPTIONAL AND EXTREMELY EXPERIENCED. I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR ALL THAT THEY DID FOR ME!! TOTALLY WORTH THE 3 HOUR DRIVE TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY, AND A GREAT TIME WITH GOOD PEOPLE WHILE IT’S DONE.
